High Court Justice FRM Nazmul Hasan has directed to include the speech of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman on March 7 in secondary, higher secondary and university textbooks. A dual bench of Justice Shahabuddin passed the order.
The government has been ordered to form an expert committee to oversee the directive. A writ was filed in 2017 to include the textbook in the speech, the court ruled in favor of the writ.
