International flights have been closed since the Taliban came to power. Because at that time many Afghans were hanging out on planes, leaving the country at the risk of their lives. This created a chaos. And so the flight was closed for so long.

The Taliban government is going to re-launch it.

International flights started from Kabul Airport

International flights were operated from Kabul airport for the first time since the US military exercise left Afghanistan.

A Qatar Airways plane carrying 113 people was carrying passengers on Thursday, Reuters news agency confirmed.

Among them were British and 43 Canadians in addition to Americans.
The countries are grateful for humanitarian assistance as well as ensuring the number of citizens.

Meanwhile, Qatar's special envoy told a press conference at the airport that the launch of international flights was a historic event for Afghanistan.

More than 124,000 people have been rescued since the Taliban took control on August 15.
